Steve Abbott has developed a unique, strong talent for
managing the firm’s business and clients. He has a profound
understanding of state, county/province and local government
incentives.
Steve has lead and directly been involved in obtaining over $50
million in incentives for IM Groups clients. His most recent
negotiation success involved a relocation incentives package for 500
jobs - $24,000 in incentives per job was achieved with 50% in cash
incentives during the client’s first project year. Steve has played
the deciding role in obtaining incentives for clients such as:

Steve completed his
undergraduate work at Villanova University where he was an All
American water polo player. Steve worked for a number of U.S. based
corporations before teaming up with his father to grow the IM Group.
Since Steve joined the firm, revenues have increased over 500%.
Steve has been married for 10 years and has two daughters and a son.
He is an avid triathlete.
